Well, I tried the edible playdough recipe today, and it didn't work so well for me. Yes, it tasted pretty good, but it was too mushy. Kinley just wanted to eat it - no problem - but she couldn't even roll it into anything.
I went online and looked up a bunch of recipes. Most of them used powdered milk instead of powdered sugar. A couple also suggested adding wheat germ or some other "good for you" stuff since the kidos would be excited to eat it. Here is one of the recipes I found.
1/2 c. peanut butter, smooth
1/4 tsp. honey
1/2 c. nonfat dry milk
Dash of flour
Hopefully this will work better for us.
